I have another question: Can this mod also used for the vanilla grand campaign version? Because in the setup menu only the kingdom campaigns are mentioned.
Please excuse my maybe a bit direct writing style, english is not my native language.

The recommeded battle/campaign difficulty is up to the player. If you want to be challenged then play on H or VH. If you are a fairly new player then you should play on Easy or Medium. Your second question I don't know the answer to.
