Well, in theory you could create a wormhole to go into the next universe, but to do it would take all of the energy in this universe.
wormhole is impossible. Creating a white hole is improbable

Not really. Basically, (if this were the case) the vacuum within this universe wouldn't be the most stable configuration. This would then lead to it's collapse into a more stable vacuum state.
