    Default Building slots in NTF

    Hey. I apologize if this is in the wrong section, I tried to search but I don't think I know the correct terminology.
    I'm playing Ireland as an emergent faction but I cannot research anything as I cannot build an educational facility.
    Does anyone know what I am missing here? I am using NTF mod. Thank you and sorry for the uninteresting forum topic.
