    Default Call of Warhammer - Youtuber Hotseat Rules

    IMPORTANT NOTES


    Whenever you make your turn, do not send your save to the next player, but to me instead. From there i shall give it to the other player.
    I have to do this in case of a player asks to use his skill or if he needs to get penalize.


    Also remember always to mention in your turns whend you want to have your skilled use, and in case of other, where you want for your armies or agents to land.
    Because whend you say on your turn that you want that skill, it will take me 2 more turns until you upload that turn where you mentioned that you wanted the skill for me to actually apply.




    ATTENTION - Whend you have an urgency to use one of your skills just send me a steam message saying the name of the skill you want to use and then i talk in more detail with you. Because if you don't i will only be able to make your skill whend the episode is uploaded and then it may be to late.




    STANDARD RULES


    1. Each turn must be recorded with commentary from start to end turn without edits (including load screens) and must be no longer than 1 hour. You cannot artificially speed up the video to give yourself more time (as in editing. It's ok to click double or 6x speed in battle). If you upload a video that is longer than 1 hour you will be penalized severely. You are advised to do your turn again from scratch if your video is longer than one hour (excluding intro/outro). PENALTY: 10% of your treasury or 1000 florins per 1 minute over 60 minutes (whichever is the larger amount). 60:01 is counted as 1 minute over.




    2. Quicksave/quickload within the video is banned. You are allowed to start your video again from scratch and scout out your position as much as you like. So it's ok if you already knew that your enemy was hiding in the trees whilst doing your video. It's their job to prevent you from finding out. PENALTY: 1000 florins per offence.




    3. A 2 turn gap is advised for releasing videos online. However, you can release them earlier if you want, but it puts you at a disadvantage because other players will see what you've been up to. You cannot start your turn if you are 3 videos behind. Penalty: Bankrupted next turn until appropriate amount of videos are online.




    4. You MUST fight all battles MANUALLY. No auto-resolving for anything except naval battles. PENALTY: 1000 florins per offence.




    5. No campaign map exploits.




    List of banned exploits:
    Stacking multiple merchants in an army or fort on a resource so they all work on it. Penalty: Your treasury will be reduced to 0 and all merchants will be executed.
    Killing agents by surrounding them with military units and squashing them on the campaign map. Penalty: Payment of 1000 florins per Agent attribute level to the victim. (so if you squash a priest with 8 piety you owe the player 8000 florins)
    Movement bug of any kind. However, sending your general to attack a settlement then bringing the rest of the army is allowed. PENALTY: Your army is executed and you are fined 100% of your treasury.
    Artificially increasing your recruitment pool. PENALTY: 1000 florins per extra unit available in the recruitment pool. So if you boost it to 100 feudal knights, you're gonna be broke for a long time.
    Attacking ships that are inside a port. PENALTY: You lose your offending navy and pay the victim 2000 florins per boat you attacked
    Pushing enemy agents with your own agents. You can push them with your armies, just don't squash them. PENALTY: 300 florins per offence




    6. Spy Agent action allowed on all %. No restrictions on how many spies needed to open the gate. There will be a limit of 6 spies per faction, and you can only have a max of 2 spies inside an enemy city.




    7. If the port is under blockade, the navy inside cannot sneak out. The blockade must be lifted first. You can lift it by any means at your disposal. Defeating the navy blockading it or destroying the port will both work. PENALTY: For sneaking out you lose your entire navy and are fined 300 florins per sneaky boat.




    8. For the first 7 turns no human player can't attack each other




    9. Your only allowed to send hotseat messages if you share borders or if you have ports that can connect with the other players faction. There is an exception that allows you to speak to a human player if you have a diplomat in their lands.




    10. The only way to officialise an agreement is threw hotseat messages. One player sends a proposal and if the other players accepts it by responding he has to follow threw the agreement. If he does not follow with the agreement he shall lose all income for 1 turn.




    11. Automanagment of the cities shall be disabled. In order to command what type of buildings and you units you want, a general must be inside the city. You also can't stack up the recruitment of the units and the buildings; for the units only recruit as many unit slots you have, and only one building at a time.




    12. Do not say anything negative about other players publicly. You are allowed to criticize their moves. For example you are allowed to say, "Player A made a stupid move here." You are not allowed to say "Player A is stupid. Look how bad he is at this game." Personal attacks on other players of any kind will be met with immediate, public and severe punishments. Do not accuse others of cheating without proof, and do not publicly whine about being backstabbed. You will be removed from the game and kicked from the group.






    FACTION SKILLS




    Reikland - Rally of the Emperor: Whend a crusade is called, all empire factions that are on perfect relation with reikland, shall give one unit of their armies to the Emperor.


    - Order of Sigmar: If you spot an enemy agent in your lands, you can ask for their removal if you pay 200 per agent level.


    - Noble Contributions: From 5 to 5 turns you receive 1000 for each Empire factions that are allied with you.




    Dark Elves - Bless of the Witch King: By conquering a High Elf city you'll receive 5 random Dark Elves units.


    - Druchii Colonists: Whend a conquered region reaches 50% of the Cult of Khaine, that city gains 1500 population; and whend it gets to 100% you get a boost of 1500.


    - Spiteful Conjuration: If you sacrifice 1 Witch Elve of Khaine you can use the Soul Stealer spell, which allows you to restore 1 unit that you lost.
    : If you sacrifice 2 Witch Elves of Khaine you can use the Word of Pain spell, which allows you to remove all enemy agents from the region that you perform the spell.
    : If you sacrifice 3 Witch Elves of Khaine you can use the Arnizpal's Black Horror spell, which allows you to win one battle automaticly.




    Karaz Ankor - Merchant Mastery: Whend a merchant is trading, you receive an additional 100 per agent level.


    - The Book of Grudges: If a human player does not follow with an agreement in a hotseat message, you get all of that faction's income for 2 turns


    - Everlasting Realm: Make an army and then put them outside the city they were. That army can then be transported to any city that has the building Dwarf Mines. It is so to represent the underground passages that the Dwarfs poccess.




    Sylvania - Power of the Undead: If an enemy army enters in your lands, you can expell them if the general has at least a max of 3 command level. Can only be done once per turn.


    - Magic of the Necromancer: Units that have been defeated in battle can be brought back by a general with Necromancer abilities. A low level Necromancer can bring 1 unit per turn if he pays 1000 for it; a basic level Necromancer can bring 2 units if he pays 1500 for it; a expert level Necromancer can bring 3 units per turn if he pays 2000 for it.

    - Totentanz: If an enemy region has 25% vampire religion an army of skeletons and zombies will form in that region.




    Kislev - Against Chaos We Stand: Whenever the hosts of Chaos arrive at Kislevite lands, the Tsar can ask for military aid from allied factions. (This also includes factions that you had a hotseat message arrangment of friendship) If they accept an army chosen by the players will be transported to Kislevite lands to aid in the struggle. Whend the Chaos hosts are gone, so are the aiding armies. The Empire player can, however, chose one of the AI Empire factions to go in his place.


    - Power of the People: You can finish the construction of 1 building automatically if you disband the amount of units equal to the turns that would take for that building to be done. You can use this skill again after you wait the amount of turns that you would wait for the building to be done.


    - The Black Watch: If you pay 1000 population from one of your cities you can manually controll the building and army construction without a general in the city that you taken the population for 12 turns.




    Chaos Factions - The Touch of Chaos - If an enemy region has 5% chaos religion you can send hotseat messages to that player.
    - If an enemy region has 10% chaos religion you can steal 1000 per turn.
    - If an enemy region has 20% chaos religion you can transport an army into that region.
    - If an enemy region has 30% chaos religion the army that was tranported will be replenished and receive a armor, weapon and experience boost. (Only for the Warriors of Khorne)
    - If an enemy region has 30% chaos religion that city will be emptied of any troops and be moved in the boundaries of that said region. (Only for the Minions of Tzeentch)




    - Word of Corruption: By paying 1000 per priest you can send them to anywhere in the campaign map.


    (THE TOUCH OF CHAOS RULE CAN ONLY BE APPLIED AGAINST NON-CHAOS FACTIONS)

    -its the very last exploit in the video - obviously I am not encouraging its use - especially in your guys' amazing Hotseat campaign which I'm following on youtube (All y'alls' videos are pretty rad).

    -Also, just a humble idea for adding spice to the game: you guys could keep track of each battle's kills & losses and rank each other that way. Its pretty nifty when you get to turn 120, and realized you've slaughtered over 379,581 souls in battle. Blood for any Blood Gods? :-)
