i can sub this turn but wouldn't it make sense for Vipman to take over Novgorod since their fates are entertwined.

I'm not very willing to take over Novgorod, I will have a very busy semester if not a whole year and I want to limit hotseats not to join any or take such a huge faction, I would prefer if there were someone else to take over Novgorod.

I can possibly take Novgorod, if I can get a cleared save to evaluate the situation. Also, I can't guaranty the time rule since each turn may require lots of actions; again, i need to evaluate this first.

I second Yzj's comment, this looks like it was a long-running fun HS and would feel bad if it just died. Perhaps together we could get it up and running again if some of the original players are still interested
