Many thanks to the good folks down at the Graphics Workshop for the sig.
Stark up.

I think the Stark player is gone, a new one has to be found.
I went and chased a Mr. Flint that was sitting on my watchtower. That's mostly all that happened.

Yes! I am still alive.
I am away this weekend, but I am going to Remote Desktop to my computer and play there if it works. Downloaded the save now. Problem is the internet is sloooowwww
In response to various insults from the Kingdom of the Stormlands, who deemed themselves to be above the Kingdom of the Mountains and the Eastern Sea, House Arryn has taken disciplinary measures against the Stormking.
The majority of his coastal settlements have been invested by warriors sworn to House Arryn.
Oh, and that about that little trap you had set up for Donos Darry in the Stormlands, Uri?
Yeah, placing a whole stack on a single sailer has been your downfall in other hotseats, remember? I thought by now you'd have learnt not to do this *le sigh*
Suffice to say, the Young Storm won't be rushing to relieve his capital anytime soon...
Nor will Connington, who was also defeated.
I don;t think the game engine will let you move anyway, but a friendly note that these forces CANNOT MOVE.
As such, Gulian dies next turn. Unless you make me an offer I cannot refuse.
Pics below, even though the outcomes were bleeding obvious.
The other pictures are of a VERY weird thing that happened. I moved my fleet through the FOW and it came up with that screen, as if I was transferring an army. Most amusingly, it moved your army onto my ships (Just ontop of them, not inside the navy obviously). I replayed, obviously, but it seemed kind of weird.
Many thanks to the good folks down at the Graphics Workshop for the sig.
Dammit!
I knew you would attack, I knew it. But I thought you were too far away to attack Gulian
Wait, how could you reach me? Did you have ships already on the way to the Stormlands?
You jut destroyed all of my plans
I'll give you 10k and Rooks Rest and Stonedance if you sign a Nap with me and Replay your turn and let Gulian live.
Did Mudd see the stack at sea and tell you to attack it? Have you been allies all this time?
Nice to know what kind of Andals are the Arryns..... Who will ally up with the First Men and followers of their pagan gods and attack their own people and followers of their religion......
I had a fleet just off the coast of the Stormlands. I
I positioned them far enough away to be out of the LOS of where I expected your men to be.
You will have to do better than that, Uri, seeing as I already have Stonedance, Rooks Rest, and Evenfall Hall besieged.
Also, just for the record, IIRC the Stormlanders are not 'true' andals, but rather they converted and intermarried over time.
And How do I know that you will not just send Darklyn and Alesandar around and retake those settlements?
See if this will work, it should, but you can never be certain.
The only way you could win is if you break the blockade, but that should be impossible.
Storm up
Oh dear, looks like there won't be a replay now.
Also, Mudd has been most appreciative and generous for my handling of this small matter of upsetting your master plan. His offer is thus a much more attractive and safe proposition.
I am aware that this means total war between our factions, but seeing as I have just killed off a third of your military, and effectivly (between myself and Mudd) taken half of your lands in a single turn, I am not too fussed about your retribution
Sure, you may be able to defeat one of my raiding parties. But you have no way of attacking my men at sea, even if you do have a little fleet in the Sea of Dorne
The Kingdom of the Mountains and the Eastern Sea thus declares the following:
1) A 15 turn NAP with House Stark
2) A 15 turn NAP with House Bolton
3) An alliance with House Mudd (Was actually agreed ages ago)
4) War with the Stomlands - This was inevitable anyway, considering our track record
5) An olive branch is offered to House Gardener, as is a formal caution against continuing their war with House Mudd
You win some you lose some
I personally think that you besieging my Crownlands settlements isn't such a big deal, it's Gulian that I'm really sad and upset about
House Durranion and the MIGHTY HOUSE OF GARDENER are to be forever allies, either until victory or until the bitter end. We will destroy Mudd and yourself together, trust me
This is how I see things going: Darklyn continuing his journey into the Riverlands, burning everything in his way, while Alesander takes back Stokesworth and whatever other Crownlands settlements you have besieged. Storm's End and most of my other northern Stormlands settlements are certainly lost, something that wouldn't have been possible if you didn't defeat Gulian. Dundarrion comes north and stops your advance, most likely I will rally a halfstack-stack more.
I burn the Riverlands with the noble Gardeners, try my best to hold you back in the Stormlands, then sort everything in my lands and march on the Vale
You certainly have the upper hand, for now. But I'll turn it around
Good luck with that.
Worst case scenario, I return to my ships. Where you cannot touch me.
Good luck with all those sailers you can recuit
On another note, why can I (as Arryn) not recruit spearmen, just Spear Militia? Tis a little silly
