1) Add plumes to the bicornes
2) Replace the Order of St. Andrew the First Called on the staff members with Order of St. Anne ( http://img1.liveinternet.ru/images/a..._genmayora.jpg )
3) Use the now-staff members skin as Aide-de-Camp
4) Add in more medals ( need source of data ) ?
5) Straighten up Kutuzov's Order of St. George around the neck, I mean dafuq, it ain't the Swedish Order of the Sword to look like that
6) Ask if you need resources

Yes, I totally agree. But like most mods the plumes will 'flicker' on and off during gameplay. By the way if anyone has a solution to the flickering plume problem I'd be very grateful.

Do you mean the standard green coat of the Russian generals for Aide-de-Camps? All Russian generals in DUM share the same trumpeter / musician / Aide-de-Camp skin - basically a standard green-coated general's uniform. Only Kutusov, being the heroic unit, has the unique Aide-de-Camp in white uniform. Courtesy of Prince of Essling's resource

4) Add in more medals ( need source of data ) ?

I would if I could. Currently the only way to add more medals onto existing uniforms will create a mirror effect on both sides of a person's torso. So we will get two identical medals across the chest. Some people will realise how I cheated to show only one medal by using the sash belt to 'hide' the other medal on Kutusov's chest. The sash belt is too narrow to allow more than one medal

Actually no, it will use vanilla icon format. But if you are seeking portrait mods I recommend Steph's epic MoE as it contains all the historically accurate general's portraits.
