Please help me fix kisho ninja
Its a really simple fix but I failed I followed a youtube guide but maybe my tools are outdated. I would very much appreciate if someone could implement these simple changes to bring regular kisho ninja back to there origional stats.
14 melee attack
20 charge bonus
8 melee defence
2 ammo
For some reason the latest patch gave them tokugawa/hattori kisho ninja stats and buffed thier ammo to 11. I believe this was a mistake making the superior kisho ninja actually inferior.

Here is the link to the latest Pack File Manager. I use this to make my own personal mods.

Good eye on noticing that imbalance . I never saw the difference since I don't use ninjas that much. Anyway, I have attached your stat fix and I hope it works (I haven't tested it yet, theoretically, it should work since I've done these things before). Remember that this will not work on MP even if you wanted balance online.

I am sorry if this can be too detailed. I have never posted tutorials before, mate. For your learning purposes, this is how I did it:
1. Open PFM. Navigate to data\db\unit_stats_land_tables\unit_stats_land.
2. Extract the table by clicking on 'Files' and then point to 'Extract'. Choose 'Extract Selected'
3. Click on 'File' and then create a New pack file from there.
4. Click on 'Files', point to 'Add' and then choose 'Directory'
5. A popup box will appear with something that says browse. You can browse to which FOLDER the table extracted. For your purposes, it could be on C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\Total War SHOGUN 2\data\db. If you installed Shogun 2 here, copy and paste this on the browser bar or whatever it is called lol.
6. Navigate to data\db\unit_stats_land_tables\unit_stats_land. On the table column on your left, look for the entry 'Inf_Special_Kisho_Ninjas' and click on the cell.
7. Scroll the table to the right and look for the column that reads 'ammo'. modify the values that affect your kisho ninja ammo to your own tastes.
8. Save. copy the pack file to your Shogun II data folder. When you play, activate it with your mod manager. Profit.
