Indeed he doesn't, but being emperor is not one of my ambitions so I don't care. Sharing emperorship would be terrible.

As for those lands, yes I did. But I did this with greens permission. In exchange for this I would support greens. I'm a mercenary after all, and this is about the best I can get for my services

You forget the Swiss expansion in the HRE in earlier sessions, we the Swiss are most insulted by this.
