I'm trying to add a unit to another faction, but when I followed the tutorial to add a new row at units_to_exclusive_faction_permissions table, but I can't find the new row, I even can't scroll the form to the bottom, can anyone help me?

You should try exporting the table to tsv, editing it with Excel, and importing it back.
It's not necessary, but it's much more efficient on the long run, and if you learn it sooner, you'll be able to mod more easily later.
