Happens in both singleplayer and multiplayer. It stops responding and crashes to desktop. I already reinstalled it and verified for cache. Never helped.

www.realtek.com.tw for the latest High Definition audio codecs.
Your version is known to conflict with the game.
You may have to disable the UAC for them to install correctly.
