I guess anyone at some point thought that: "hey, this beer tastes like ". However few people, so far, thought: "hey this beer tastes like chocolate", when it is actually made of .

To spare you further confusion here is the new brew painfully concocted by the stuff of civet's digestive system.

When I went to Vietnam my parents tried the coffee made from civet poo and they said it was excellent.

If I can somehow get an evening out, I shall volunteer as the TWC guinea pig. I have never been to Mikkeler before, and it seems to be a "molecular gastronomy" type of beer bar, both in weird creativity of brewing methods/taste additives and pricewise. I could not find neither the Geek Breakfast or Geek Brunch beers in their webshop or what is on tap at the moment though, but whatever I might try I will let you know about.

I have had civet coffee (kopi luwak), it is delicious despite coming out of the arse of a small tree dwelling mammal. So I would certainly try this beer.

This is not a new beer. I never had this one (expensive!) but I had their Beer Geek Breakfast, a stout made with normal coffee.

I have had the De Molen Kopi Loewak though, that is a big stout made with this coffee. Delicious stuff.

Stouts with coffee are always very good to great, atleast the ones I had.
