No extensive details, mostly cause of the timeline when the followers emerged as opposed to the Brotherhood.

I would say they have reasonable relations then. At least i never heard about any hostilities between the two.

They really have none, they are but the same thing, except with opposite goals/ways, while the Brotherhood hoards the technology, the Followers try to spread it.

Also, another thing, what about religions?

Mormon Church
Children of the Cathedral
Technology Worship
Secular

These are the canidatates for religious organizations. Obviously, the majority are secular. BUT, its not universal.
