You can only do one thing: learn from this experience.

For one you should never spend money on something because a girl wants you to (unless you are related/married or in a very serious relationship and she asks for something reasonable), no matter how much you like her.
Two: girls have no idea what they want or what's good for them. You can either show her that she made a bad decision (this hard to pull off but rewarding) or forget about her and get hooked up with someone else.

It was also a suggestion, and FFXIII isn't entirely devoid of fun. She wanted me to play the game, not buy it for her or anything. I'm extremely tight with my money, so if it was shampoo or something I would've said no. But it wasn't shampoo, it was a video game, and that would be one of the reasons why I like her.

I would attempt to do the former but I don't even know the name of the guy, and if I did I don't know if I would know him. Also, I'm socially awkward and I know exactly one other girl I believe I have a chance with unless I do something drastic and weird like go on a date with my oldest platonic friend.
