    Default An Endless Struggle Commentary

Well, here it is. If you had any qualms about the things I've said, now is the time.

Also, my laptop is broken, so it may be a while, before I reply.

Also, you may want to read my latest entry (January 4). It may explain a lot of things.

Glad to hear you have the martial arts to get your spirits up, I really admire your outlook on life.

If you feel the need you could post some ideas of this story (which sounds most interesting! ) in the Creative Writing section for some feedback?

EDIT: Just seen you had already posted it.... great minds think a like.

I'm happy your story has taken off so well, I've got to catch up with it.

Sorry to hear about the women troubles, a problem all men find themselves occupied with at some point.

Lol yeah. I'm not one to simply ignore a problem, but I have bigger things to worry about than gaping gashes. Still, though. As much as I try it's like the gorilla in the corner of the room. Ignoring it isn't going to make it go away.

I am switching over to the active duty component and I am changing from regular infantry to special forces. On April 24th I leave for retraining at Fort Benning and a couple months after that I'm off to selection in Fort Bragg.

    Thank you!

Now, I know we're all a little upset that I haven't been posting updates to Subject 21's little story, but I assure you, it will come in due time. It's just a little difficult having to navigate through my schedule and balance work and log on times at the public library's computers, etc.

Thanks for the sympathy. It seems that thing will never get any easier, and I can never get a break. I guess that's what separates me from most people. Where they would give in to such base tempations and naiveties, I will not compromise.

Man I wish I could help you.

Lady advice isn't my forte... Be yourself, do what you want (not in a selfish way of course) and take it from there.

Hmm..religious fanatics..does that only work with religion? I believe that any kind of person with beliefs strong enough to disregard everything else is considered a fanatic. Or something like that....but I do tend to twist the "original' meanings of words and phrases to what I feel like. Oh well.

Thanks, but after seeing all the signs. I think she just wants to ****, which is fine, that makes things way simpler, but I'm a bit disappointed because I wanted something more. But that's okay, at this point I'm not going to risk my career over her.

Wow... Uhm, about the Maui girl.
Maybe stay in touch? Special Forces can marry & date too.
That is, if you think she is the one.
If she's not, then live out those memories each time you feel enraged by mankind.

I am a Liberal, as far as I know and I agree with you 100%. Liberalism in America is a bunch of ****. Like take this show for example 'How to survive End of the World scenario' they showed a liberal family which didn't believed in guns (like... guns were a divine thing or whatever) and their main strategy in dealing with intrudes was, prepare yourself, trying to please them with food and drink until they fell asleep so then they can cut their throats.
That's Liberalism at its worst and misunderstood right there.

And, again about Maui girl. Hang in there, at least you're doing what you like.
I don't think you'll be alone for the rest of your life, surely someone will come and fill that void.
I can see you need affection and you can deliver it too (which doesn't surprise me).
Yeah, now's the moment where I come off as a jerk on the internet because I don't know what words could fit. Words fail me sometimes.
But I hope you understood my message (better than I could deliver it).

And I totally relate to your troubles with the neighbours (where I used to stay, there were drunks and crazies in a tight, confined space, inside an almost falling apart building which had a red sign on it ,saying that at the nearest sign of earthquake , the thing goes down).
    Glad I'm out.
    You'll be too.

On the really UP side, you have to realize that you're on the right track (professionally).
One night stands sort of hurt me emotionally too ( that's why I don't have them, I guess I prefer something deeper). But it depends on you how you make Maui girl to be.
Asians in general, are extremely faithful. And they go the long mile.

And if she wasn't Asian, then there's no guarantee she would've been able to keep up with your 'schedule'. So don't focus on the 'What if's just do what you said , focus on the 'What was'.

Here ends my self indulgent note. You're on your own, from here.
