The time has come for eveyone to pick their factions, I personally will not pick a faction for many reasons. Please remember that this Hotseat will also be the subject of an AAR written by myself and the players. It is a big commitment so once again I ask that if you have a very busy life please refrain from joining. If this works out well I would be happy to have other AAR/hotseats come along so more people can play, but this has to work out first.
To cut down on turn time 4 factions will be split into two pairs. Stark/Martell will be controlled by one player while Bolton/Yronwood will be controlled by another. Should one player end up winning both the North and Dorne he will be asked to give up one of the Kingdoms to a new player. Making a deal with the other player to relinquish the South in favor of the North or vice versa will not get you banned or anything, but it will be frowned upon as one of the most interesting plots of the game is squandered. Everyone as a whole would like to see a fantastic AAR all the way through so I ask again to play your hardest and to win.

Rules:
1) PM the next player as you post your turn on the thread so the game moves as swiftly as possible.
If you know you will miss your turn; nominate a sub and provide them with your password. If you miss your turn and haven't nominated a sub, you'll be skipped.
2) No bug abuse! When you think someone has used a bug report it here and the admin will look into it.
3) No sailing from a blockaded port without first defeating the blockading ships.
4) No sallying forth in a siege to deny your besieger the opportunity to sack your settlement.
5) No razing buildings whilst you are under siege.
6) Minimum of 4 units per fort.
7) Post pictures of battle odds, and results
8) Armies defeated by a player (b) that comes after the original player (a)'s turn cannot move next turn - Exception: Reinforcing armies in defense, when based on forts; even if defeated, they don't lose movement points, so player 'a' should be allowed to move the army that reinforced another while in a fort and was defeated by 'b'.
9) Settlements gifted should disband all units save one
10) No heroic victories unless it can be repeated three consecutive times.
11) Np stealing generals with Princesses if the chance rate is under 35%.

The main idea of this hotseat is to have fun, but also to write a really cool story to go along with it. Everything is not set in stone though so once all the spots have been filled I will let the players know of the rules regarding RPing and ask a few questions I have on what you guys think.
