Precisely what was on my mind. Well they will try but I am tired of Royalty games. Politics bore me. Rulers, Rule. Not allow ourselves to be troubled with politics and ass kissing. It may well be why most high Lords pay little attention to our doings recently. I am rather contented by that fact actually.

I hear that the only man of authority in the Capital is the regent, and he does not wield it very well. Not his fault, to be sure, his position balances precariously due to who the small council favours.

Hmmm, well I may have need to visit again sometime soon. Although the regent may not be happy to see me. Last time I was there, I was thrown in a prison tower for a day. It was annoying.

Well he did on that occasion, though I have only seen him once after. Funny thing, I watched him almost throw a holy man in prison. He was not regent then however, he was rather new to court still. Vayne said smirking

speaking of duty, it seems they are summoning the Lord Paramounts to war. Apparently there has been an invasion
