The Cleganes have been building up good karma serving the King in the faith militant uprising, and now they're hiring mercenaries to reap revenge on the Lannisters for being expelled and hunted.

Tarth is sitting in the middle of the ocean, unused but still alive.

Oliver Arryn is pissed off at the King, feels unsafe and is becoming paranoid. He's renounced the Seven and is about to start serving Rhllor

You should probably make a home for him. Being in the Kingsguard can be a lonely business, you'll need to assert yourself in RP a lot. If I were you I'd register a noble house in the Crownlands that has a son in the Kingsguard, probably more there for you to do.

Well, I would prefer it, if he supports Dragonstone during the war of the five kings, only with Harrenhal on my side, I fear a quick defeat if Steffon stays loyal towards his king.

As far as I know, Robert II due to LM's planning in 6-7 weeks when he is 8-9 years old. Wouldn't be wise if we screw that up.
