This is a wonderful mod with a great history and fantastic factions to play! I highly suggest anyone that stops by to download and give it a try, you will like what you find!

I agree with the OP. I'm trying to find my Rome disk simply to reinstall and play this, even though I just got Shogun 2 last week.
It's been like a year since I played, but I just read the Shambla (spelling?) AAr on EOD1 and it got me all sentimental.
Rep me and I'll rep you back.
UNDER THE PATRONAGE OF THE KING POSTER AKAR
Good to hear .. I think we made the factions quite different from each other and the immersion factor for each faction goes pretty deep, keep meaning to go back to this one myself..
With the whole RTW2 thing I decided to try the dusty RTW again and as I was playing I remembered an old mod about vampires and the like so I looked for it and I reinstalled it.
It's great, the factions and the world is very interesting and detailed. Awesome work!
HUMAN IS FISH ISLAM IS WATER. COME TO WATER AND BE RELAX...
Halie,
Will there ever be a sequel or expansion to this mod? I'd love to see new factions and units!
Afraid not, not from the original team at least... You can play all the factions within the mod inc the rebel factions (Zombies/Druids/Ghostmen/Souleaters)... I played as the Souleaters a few times, very very difficult to survive for long....
Ah, it would have been nice to see some new family tree features for vampires and some new traits as well. It just feels so wrong and so right at the same time to bribe a vampric general or have a human general stay under influence of vampiric shrines for a long time. All it did was give you bad traits, but I'd have loved to see options like become a vampire and such
I'm downloading it :'>
Also can someone tell me the basic background story of the mod? I can't find it anywhere.

LoL.. Happy reading ...
From the end of book 5 (The boy who would be king) is an unedited version of the 'in game' continuation of the story, so you can skip that part if you want to read it as you play, the way it was intended..
That's a lot of text O_O!
BTW thanks for your text wall

Uhm is this mod have any relation to the EOD1?
Also as far as I understand the Lycan are Werewolf mixed with some African? And I gues the campaign map not represent the entire world, say there're so few human!

a; Only in that it was created by myself and Makanyane. There are similar themes but EoD 1 is less fantasy, a bit more scary.
b; The Lycans are human/wolf, there are a couple of black units in there but no, as a faction they are not African.. The Origin of the Lycans is explained in the 'Chronicles of the night breed.'
