Selling map info is a good way to make money but it helps if you have a different map to sell each time, so don't try to sell your map until you have finished your turn and increased the area on the map that you know about (move spies, diplomats, priests etc into new territories). It also gets harder to do such things as the game progresses.

If you kill an enemy general that had a relic specific for that faction and now you have it and make a ceasefire with them and agree too will they still target your general that has the relic to get it back?

Long left click and drag. If you are talking about enemy movements then there is no way.
