You need to modify the descr_campaign_ai_db.xml file in the data directory. You need to search for "human" in the file and do one of two things.
When you see the human is false question you need to remove that part only
<min_entry trusted_ally="true" stance="Allied"
target_human="false" is_neighbour="true"/>
<max_entry trusted_ally="true" stance="Allied"
target_human="false" is_neighbour="true"/>
so that it becomes:
<min_entry trusted_ally="true" stance="Allied" is_neighbour="true"/>
<max_entry trusted_ally="true" stance="Allied" is_neighbour="true"/>
Then in the parts where "human and not at war" show up, just delete everything between the
<decision and the </desicion
<decision_entry>
<!--
IF HUMAN AND NOT AT WAR > DEFEND FORTIFIED
-->
<min_entry target_human="true" is_neighbour="true"/>
<max_entry target_human="true" is_neighbour="true"/>
<faction_attitude defense="defend_frontline" continue="true"/>
</decision_entry>
Then the game doesn't differentiate between the human and the non-human. If you play loyal to the lore, you should make those changes. If you are a backstabbing conniving you know what, then you should NOT make those changes.
make sure you save a copy of any file you change before modifying. And I don't know if you need to delete the map.rwm file but it doesn't hurt to do so. And this change should be save game compatible so you should be able to make it for your current campaign.
