must also award some thumbs up to IB1 SAI a very formiddable mod
I should get the original IB mods, they seem to be earlier than IB2, so I shouldnt be too pampered on the Medieval 2 engine
I thought the same I haven't played RTW mods since the good ol' Imperium Julianorum mod This was 6 years ago omg.

We got killed here in New england w/snow so we are digging out still. Patch is waiting on a few more final additions
-I just finished up on Faction Laws building tree and a choice....(cannot build both types) of the 2 different philosophies(building trees) to enforce your laws. The first by inquiry-cohesion, torture and the their by fines-blood feuds and banishment. For both types of enforcement the third level is capital punishment. Even though Germanic factions were more prone to use blood fines and blood feuds the alternate option will still be open. A provincial governor is needed w/an academy to implement and enforce the laws throughout your lands
Your Governor will display either a just governor or a torturer trait w certain flavoring attributes but both will sig increase law

A few new additions sush as the Jutes in Jutland(extremely high Law bonuses for only Jutland) and the Saxons will now be only located on the south eastern Britain shore. The Jutes are allied to the Concilium and rule the ocean waves but are scripted to rebel later in the game. That is St Patrick at Teamhair.
