Novus For exceptional contributions to the site in the capacity of a staff member.

Novus

To qualify for the Novus Staff Award, the nominee must have made exceptional contributions to the site in the capacity of a staff member. A member of any branch of Staff such as Technical Staff, Art Staff, Content Writer, Content Editor, Moderator, and Librarian are eligible to receive the Staff award, but must also meet the criteria to become a Citizen. His nomination must also be seconded by an elected member of the Consilium de Civitate.

Qualifying nominees shall have their nomination posted in the Prothalamos and then moved to vote as per the procedure in Section 2 Article 3. The poll will be opened for a period of one week and require a two-third majority of non-abstaining votes to achieve the award. If the nominee is not already a Citizen, the Rank will also be conferred upon them if passed. A nominee who fails to pass the vote is not eligible to be re-nominated until three months have passed.

Pannonian has been a pillar and essential stabilizing force of this community since way before my time. He is one of the "Firemen" that keep this place safe from harm.

For those of you not familiar with Pann, I have provided a bit of eyecandy emcompassing some of the many hats that he dons from time to time. Pann is one of the ancients here{Join Date:June 27, 2006} and like many of us has also served his time in shakles as a member of the CdeC.

In closing, I will just say that this member is one of the tireless, unseen, guardians that have built this place and make it what it is today.
