btw, Goofy. One thing bother me:

I think the custom has been that the manager can adjust the amount of votes allowed at their discretion, and I recall there were (quite recently) cases where Lewis did exactly that. The rules are a guideline, but since I was away for almost three weeks there has been an enormous amount of submissions (pretty much twice the standard) piled up from a submission period of three weeks instead of one, and therefore I decided to allow each user four votes.

I'll add a bit about this into the official competition rules as soon as possible, so I won't have to write a note each time the amount of votes is adjusted for a certain poll.
