Just wanna say good work to the crew for getting this out a little bit earlier than we normally do (two months). I had some issues with fieldset formatting at the end which led to some things being a tad less organized than I would've liked, but oh well. Please give the guys on the Gamer's Gazette staff some rep for their hard work.
@Sturmchurro sounds like they're taking a fair amount of balance risks with RS. I thoroughly enjoyed RO2 and I've seen 'proto-asymmetric' warfare get pulled off very well before in FPS, but it can also not work so well, as in some maps might end up never being played because they are seen as imbalanced. Nicely written though, thanks for introducing it to me in such a way
@apple superb article! Although I'd say that the schism between "hardcore" and "casual" gamers could do with more bridging from both sides. Tons of disdain for the "nerds", and lots of games are still seen as "uncool" to play in comparison to others. Still, I like the way you approached that by suggesting that the 'conservative' gamers like most of us abandon our elitism and approach casuals. Still, I know from experience that it's quite difficult to get people to look beyond CoD and discover other types of games
@CJ this might have just pushed me over the edge in my slow plunge towards buying the first game...we shall see. Gotta agree with this though:
But this love affair makes me just as quick to be critical of the faults as I am to praise the highlights

@Poosan another stellar review. Agree that the best part about RPG's is often the exploration and discovery in the context of an overlying plot, a serious factional dynamic and most importantly an absorbing atmosphere. Sadly I've never bought any of the Elder Scrolls games, although I've spent a good several hours playing a couple of them. Still, I also really liked the presentation of your article. Sexy stuff!
+rep to all.

Nice issue. I'd give AC3 a 3/10 for story but maybe that's just me.
Heh, I've seen scores all across the board for AC3, so I think everyone has an opinion on it. There were times where I felt that the story might be missing a piece or two, and as I mentioned having the side missions be so integral to the plot without mentioning isn't the best way to go in my opinion. But then again, I always relish the chance to see the AC universe of any historical event, so perhaps I just yearn for more missions in Valley Forge for example.
hi buddies, i also convinced about AC3 review of games, in my opinion, its actually better issue to discuss and share with other for positive reviews as well. tours from new york to washington dc
