Question about Christian convertion

Thank you for making this wonderful mod Its high above my expectations.

I have a few questions concerning the christian convertions.

Could you please list which pagan factions that are able to convert after they have built a tier 3 church?
Or is this the only requirement?
Will they be able to adopt christian generals after this?
Or will they still be all pagan? Or how do I get my royal family to convert?
Will I get an event message after they have turned christian?

I believe I gave most factions this ability. The 3rd level Church must be built in an ascribed capital...I'll get back to you w/more info soon

I am not familiar with the phrase "ascribed capital" as I am not a native english speaker?
Does this mean your own capital or some capital (as in important) city? If so, which ones?
I have managed to turn christian as Franks, but I can still only recruit germanic pagan generals. Adopted ones I mean.
I could see I had turned christian in the diplomacy info tag. Happened the dame turn I had build my tier 3 church.
I look in your religions switch script (at least I think I did and the byzantines (jutes) doesn't have this.
I believe historically they turned to christianity first of the invaders so they should have it?
