If you bought Otomo Clan DLC and found Portuguese Tercos unit to be kind of bland, monochromatic, boring even, this is an alternative for you. This mod adds some variety to portuguese models by retexturing them a little and mixing with some other model parts.
Check screenshots to have some idea what's inside.

Attached file is compressed in 7zip format.
To
install unpack and place in your Shogun2/data folder.
This is a "movie" type pack file, so you don't need to do anything else. It will not be listed on Shogun2 mod launcher mod list, but it'll be loaded anyway.
To
uninstall simply delete the file from data folder.
This is only a visual change of Portuguese Tercos unit. No stats were changed, so it's basically compatible with any other mod, savegame etc.
