I wanted a Rome 2 meme, so I pieced together a couple screenshots from the live action trailer. Share and make your own.

Even though these are supposed to be jokes, I might as well spoil the fun and be "that guy".
On DLC: DLC isn't all bad, it's gotten a bad name from people like Activision (funnily enough 20 years ago they filed for Bankruptcy) and EA. We're just remembering the Horse Armors and not the Rise of the Samurai. We need to move past the spoiled eggs and look at the good ones.
On POM: If you were trying to get your videos out there, would you post bad ones? Would you post ones of you doing terribly? No, that's not what people want to see. They want to see someone doing well/something interesting, and generally someone losing isn't all that interesting. Plus, he probably just wants to post the best, it's not rocket science or anything.
On Historical Accuracy: Now, there is a fine line between Historical Accuracy and Historical Immersion (paired with gameplay). People myself look for Immersion, not necessarily Accuracy. There's a difference between the two. Immersion is getting most details right, not making any stupid mistakes (like having the wrong shield), while leaving some artistic freedoms in terms of gameplay and design. Accuracy would be the complete opposite, leaving no creative freedoms because it never happened, or something didn't look exactly like that, etc...

I don't care for Call of Duty, but does it mean I make fun of those that do? No, I let them have their fun while I have mine in Red Orchestra 2.
It's the same principle.

Looks like this is the right spot to point you to my avatar!
If you rep me, leave your name. I'll look more kindly on your future transgressions.

DLCs are things people don't like because they were left out of the main game when they would have taken a couple more weeks onto the release date but a there to make money. I know this is technically wrong but it sums up the point as best as possible.
Back on topic, I don't get what is funny about the dictatorship one. I'd take it over Republic or Democracy any day. Truth isn't that funny. Maybe you're just laughing to pretend it isn't reality.![]()

I wouldn't say RISE has enough content to be an expansion it's almost there. And the Blood Pack was like that for a reason, Germany and Australia do make a good amount of sales for TW and as we all know they are quite restrictive when it comes to gore. If they had made it free and for everyone then the game would have to have been reclassified in those countries. Unit packs aren't inherently bad either, same with faction packs, as long as they were worked on afterwards.
As far as I know the non-preorder faction packs for S2 were worked on after the game was released.
