Just a hobby, really? Have you tought about modding? Or are you into it already?

AndyMoszejevsky - nice Numidian cavalry model.

Kahvipannu - I am fairly busy with home life and work. I don't know that I would have the time to offer the modding community.

This just out of topic here but do you have any 'Knight' model from Medieval age?

Renderd with Poser Pro 2012 - some 3d models made with 3ds Max.

Im quite an novice regarding 3d modeling : what would be the entire plethora of sotware you would need for the final results: Do you need others besides 3Ds max or Maya ( with the latest versions I dont know why there are still 2 programs doing the same thing) like Zbrush or Mudbox specially for scuplting, texturing and painting ?

I worked only with poser pro 2012 for animations - also I use:
Clothes Converter 4.0 (to switch some usable figures for my Michael 4 base model)
UVMapper / Photoshop / Gimp 2 (to produce my own textures for own figures and props)
3ds max (to produce some rough 3D figures for helmets, shields etc)
Vue 7 (to produce nature backgrounds)
