    Default Building Mod

    This thread will be a open discussion and development to have a more unique building tree for Hyrule: Total War that will include, but not limited to, having the natural resources of a region present and needed to build an army in Hyrule Total War. I can't say more than this because nothing really has been decided yet.

    The basics of the export_descr_building file (As far as I can tell) is that there can be 128 building trees with a limit of 9 buildings per tree. Here is a more detailed explanation of how buildings work

    I think it will be important to know just where we are working from, so I wrote down every building tree from the export_descr_building file.

    I hope I got them all. Now we can erase any that we choose and add as many as we want as long as we do not pass the limit of 128 building trees and I would suggest leaving room for any buildings that the UndyingNephalim wants to add.

    What I Would Get Rid of
    I think it will be easier to just erase certain things then recon them into the current system, so all barrack buildings will have to go as well as building that I have no idea what they were supposed to do. (I haven't really got to play this game due to computer problems) Now back to the list with stuff that will go in red.

    There's a few resource and hidden resource buildings coming up (particularly for the new factions like Ikana) as well as NPC specific stuff.

    As for the question about barracks03 that's the Siegeworks.

    Not sure why someone would want to get rid of all the unique faction buildings.

    . . . Why in the world are all the unique building red? I guess it could be a mistake. Unless you have a really good reason for it, in which case let's hear your claim.

    It has more to do with how resources would effect how the factions are unique. Instead of just have a meat pile for the moblins. The would be a hunting lands building that would need forest (or plains separately if that is possible) It would increase food supply and allow hunter unit to be trained. The building tree would go: Hunting lands, hunting parties, organized hunting parties. (For Moblins, organization is a upgrade) Also, there will be multiple unique buildings for each fraction. Like, I'll use the Moblins again, there will be Hed Clubaz (NEEDS NEW NAME) it will basically be a building saying that you have more control over the local Moblins and it will be followed by Loyal Nobz and then by Loyal WAAAAGHBOSSEZ. I hope to have stuff like this for all factions beside the Gohma because I don't like spiders.
