I just noticed that while playing Lao Che the Mao Han unit has inferior stats than the Mao Li unit for twice the price! Have their stats been mixed up?

Mao Han has the better armor but overall worse defense and attack.

Stats are correct, different weapons are the create the differences. As always the unit card only gives you 50% of the picture. Han are mace armed anti armour troops.

Thanks for clearing it up. Hmmm, almost the same amount of attack + AP.

Seems that Lao Che infantry are masters of AP.

And it only gets harder from then on onwards. You know, with the Uruks and their armies of doom, jihads and crusades on Constantium. And of course random factions attacking you for no apparent reason. I'm experiencing all that right now... at once.

Lol. I plan to go on an insane campaign of Uruk slaughter with Caki as soon as I take the rebels to the east. Then I'll stabilize the Lao Vhe border, maybe get a marriage alliance if they have a girl, and then turtle for a while before going on a campaign in the far North. Maybe I'll invade the Gaels too.

Those were roughly my plans too. But then I went from 2 allies and war with the Uruks to 0 allies and like 6 enemies. Probably because of all the Uruk slaying. Those damn Urkuks... always the Uruks...

I like playing hardcore with no allies on VH/VH....I tried three times before I had a successful Pale Knights Campaign....they are by far the hardest of the factions I have played...

Finally got a new PC after many painful months with no Total War

So after getting windows up and running the next logical step was of course to install Med 2. But what is Med 2 without the proper mods? So Thera is first on my list to download.. no surprise there
And what do i find when i log in to TWC... Version 4!! It's out! And my life for the next few days is just over

But wait the download is going to take FOREVER!!

Yep. But Thera, y u no work with Geomod tool?

I wanted to cut Thera down to Norselund, enlarge it, add more cities, and then splotch it with Valhalla, Romuli, Wotan, and some Gaels. But Geomod throws up a million errors when I launch it.

Well, I couldn't figure out how to do my old plan, so I gave 30% of the world to the Romuli, changed some religions, moved the Papacy from the Inquisition to the Romuli for extra challenge, and have been playing on it. Pretty fun.
