Gamefront bans half of the world

Anyway, I don't use the Gamefront. There's many ways to get a file, nowadays.

How so? Can't really count many of those countries as being in a crappy state.

Gamefront is crap! Gamefront doesn't ban countries, are countries which ban Gamefront!

Gamefront was, is and always will be only crap! You cannot imagine the amount of files of many games I've seen lost for the several issues of Gamefront in these years! They are only a mass of incompetents!

I always have had problems with Gamefront! Gamefront is the most crap in the world! They are bankrupt!

Well well, people seem to neglect the existence of the Modding Vault. It was created for purposes such as these. If there is a mod that is >100 mb, odds are we have it in the Vault. If it is not in the Vault, all you have to do is request it. So if a mod you want to download had its link on Gamefront, and you can no longer download it, just come to the Modding Vault and request it

AFAIK, no. But I am only working on uploading Empire mods. It's more practical to delete former versions, saves space.

Hello and welcome to the Modding Vault! If this is the first you've heard of us, you're probably wondering what we do here. The Modding Vault is a service by TWCenter to permanently archive mods so that when sites like MegaUpload are closed down, thousands of hours of work aren't lost. To request an upload or download, please follow the instructions in either the Upload Requests or Download Requests threads.

What we do:
-Mods over 100mb (for anything under this please use the TWCenter file hosting.)
-Resources over 100mb (again, anything under please use TWCenter)
-Tools (no minimum size)

What we do not do:
-Download and upload mods because people are too lazy to use mirrors. Please do not abuse the function, search for mirrors first. In the event there are no working mirrors, we are more than happy to download mods for you.
-Archive personal files, and developer builds of mods. Please use personal hosting sites for personal files, and if you would like your mod uploaded, please be sure it's a public version.

Therefore, Gamefornt only ban the half while not so nation like A-Stan, etc enjoy the benefit of being not so crappy.

Or in other words, only if no working mirror can be found on TWC and the developing team of a mod is incative, we will provide a link. If there is a link that you, for whatever reason, cannot use and somebody of the developing team is still active on TWC, those are the people you should turn to, not us.

The link I posted will take you to the forum, its public, where you can make upload or download requests. Allot the mods that have been uploaded by Vault Staff are stored on a server owned by TWC.

Interestingly enough, most of the time I hear some news from 'Merica my first thought is "What a ridiculous place", immediately followed by "Oh well, it doesn't matter anyway".
