Why dont you attack one of the rebel regions inside your empire?
Why dont you attack one of the rebel regions inside your empire?
Nuts. I was hoping for a magnificent size warfleet... Well I'm just going to have to deal with Maximum Annoyance the best I can I guess. The Amazons attack eastern Crete from a small-size warfleet and also attack the other region around Lake Van from the newly conquered region with their two moves.
Announcement.
Since tomorrow will be a maintenance, I wont be able to post turns and neither any of you will be able to do that. So I will do them in Saturday and when they are done, I will roll for everyone the supposed Friday's moves right after you post them, and then you will have to post the real Saturday's turn. To not lose anything. Then everything will go like normal.
Don't worry, nothing will be lost.

The detachment of the Roman army, having secured parts of Crete, now attacks the rest of the island. A Roman army from Italy tries another landing at Ephesus.
OOC: I attack the remaining part of Crete and Ephesus again.

[6] Western Crete falls easily in Roman hands and now they attempt to try to burn down the Amazonian fleet.
[1] But it totally fails and Amazons bombard with ships most of their units and their army is broken, while Amazons try another landing to retake Crete.
[2] But before Amazons could do it, Romans had reorganized and manage to beat off Amazonian counterattack, leaving Crete in Roman hands for now.

Twilight, I used a small warfleet to attack eastern Crete, not from my region in western Crete. The fleet should be destroyed and I should still have western Crete. As for my move: The Amazons will take back Ephesus. May Artemis, the Goddess whose temple has been desecrated by the filthy Romans, be with them.
Attack again.
TURN 105:
[2+1] [3] Fleet is unable to reach its target in time, but isn't far from reaching it.
[2+1] [3] Attack in Finland ends in a draw, due to bad terrain.
Average point [3] (+1 if you do either action again)
[3] Ship is unable to sail further now, due to nearby storm, but it's about to end.
[1] Attack against Wales totally fails and Welsh army counterattacks!
[6] They successfully retake the land in south and try to advance in England!
[3] But there they end up besieging a city, failing to capture it so far.
Average point [2]
[4] Attack succeeds and region to southwest falls to the Roman Empire.
[5] Attack succeeds and Ephesus is retaken from Romans ((You are able to do 2 moves this turn)
It's corrected.
[3] The battle ends in a draw now, with neither side being able to claim a victory. (+1 if you attack again)

Sail again.
Again...
Again again
"Artemis was with us!" Queen Alkippe the Mighty declares to her warriors. The beautiful warrior women go about repairing the damages done by the barbarians to the Goddess' sacred temple. Word reached the Amazons that Halicarnassus had fallen to the enemy. A medium-size warfleet was dispatched to land an army at the docks of the city and take it back asap. Another fleet, a small one, sets sail with an army to take back eastern Crete.Originally Posted by Twilight Sparkle

May the Goddesses continue to bless their warriors and be with them in battle against the barbarians of the west.
Romans state that they never damage anything in the enemy territory unless they do have to, and certainly not the Seven Wonders of the World. Temple of Artemis is as precious to Rome as it is to Greeks, and it was not touched by the Legionaries. Same happened for the Pharos of Alexandria, it was not touched (like the rest of the city) and was fully preserved as a treasure. They say that Amazons should stop accusing Rome of damaging the Temple, since it never happened.
Roman army, having recently captured the province of Lycia, turns back to retake Ephesus from the barbarians.
OOC: I attack Ephesus again.

The Amazonians are definetly not Greeks, since they are the sworn enemies of the warrior women. And if the Sacred Temple of the Artemis, the virgin Goddess of the Hunt, was as precious to the Romans as to the Amazonians, then they wouldn't try to wrongfully seize the Temple from her faithful children, the Amazons. You barbaric Romans can't possibly respect the Goddess Artemis, who doesn't accept anything from men and turns them into dogs. You have no right to take Ephesus and the most holy of holy temples in the land. We will fight you to the death for as long as you continue your blasphemous attacks.
Well, that was interesting lol, we attack the region we lost to the rebels
TURN 106:

[2] 2 islands are discovered.
[5] Sailing succeeds and land is reached as well (You are able to do 2 moves this turn)
[5] And a lot of new land is discovered, mainly islands.
[1+1] [2] Attack fails and Wurtemberg gains victory.
[2] Attack to retake land in Anatolia fails and Roman army is able to hold.
[1] While landing at Crete ends in a disaster and Romans try to burn down the ship!
[3] But ship luckily, but barely is able to get way safely.
Average point [2]
