Andromalius is currently at the Black Like-Like deep in Audorn's dark slums.

He does have a couple of sizable storage buildings at the moment via some of the street gangs under his control. And locating the Spider shouldn't be too difficult if you wished, as Cear could discern his location. The spider built into his black dagger is the same as the symbol adorning streets controlled by Spider and the tattoos of a small number of thugs who are brainwashed particularly reformed and enthusiastic citizens.

While I'd be the first to admit that Kurashi can be a pretty big attention whore from time to time, at the moment she simply wants to meet up with her family (Cear, Sereno and Andromilius), hold a little speech about the upcoming invasion and her plans for that, and then go to sleep, so she can look presentable when the invasion happens. Unfortunately, it seems people won't let her do that.
