No.But to me skyrim seemed big enough so im satisfied with solthsteim. You are going to have a problem though

Solstheim is smaller than Skyrim. Or at least it was pretty small in Bloodmoon.

Clarification: When I said small I didn't mean the size per-se but the scale and feel of it, as opposed to what lore says it is supposed to be.

Let me give an example: Solitude was supposed to be this giant, ancient city, that was center of power and commerce in the land, but in-game it was comprised of just 3 streets, 5 houses, 4 shops and an inn.

I'm asking if this is just another "Solitude".

From that point of view skyrim was small for me too.But solthsteim at least the island looks big to me from the first look.Raven Rock the village looks something like falkreath with an alien arhcitecture. But the atmosphere of this expansion is awesome. There is not much sun ,constant winds like winterhold, they have also made wave animations(sea crashing into rocks sort of thing) for the first time i think. Its not very good but its a bonus. Also they have brought back the music from morrowind so that counts as a plus

Rieklings! Whilst the lore says they might be descent from snow-elves, I can tell you; these are the people of Sheogorath! Best race I ever have encountered.

So, I installed Dragonborn like two hours ago and tried to open my old character, which surprisingly worked. I haven't seen anything new and haven't gotten a message or anything and now I'm wondering if I need to start a new character or reinstall it or something. Sure miss those popups from Oblivion now

In my save 3 agents with masks showed up in whiterun when i exited my house. They attacked me and when i killed them i found a letter in one of them which started the quest. If they dont show up go to windhelm port.See if there are 3 big ships. If the one in the middle is missing it means your dlc hasnt worked

Did you check the box for dragonborn.esm in the data files when you started the skyrim launcher?

You can still fire them from a bow. They have a wicked arc so it's hard to aim them but it's hilarious to see a friggin' spear sticking out of an enemy like that.

i'd love to buy the game but i still have to finish dawnguard. and the spears... everyone knows what I think of spears.
Cassius: "Our men at arms have secured the city. We've received representatives from all the best elements. The senate is with us, the knights are with us."
Brutus:"The pontifs, the urban cohorts, the lictors guild..."
Antony: "Oh, the lictors guild, very good. Only rally the bakers and the flute players and you can put on a festival."

So this is worth getting, I take it? Currently replaying Morrowind but with TR added this time and it's amazing.
