Intro video problem

So I made a mod for Rome:TW and added my custom intro video (wmv). Went to descr_sm_factions and changed the intro video. But when I choose the campaign and start it, the intro doesn't play, it just starts the game. Any suggestions?

Does your shortcut target line include the " -nm" command?

Have you changed the path in descr_sm_factions so that the game looks for the video file in your modfolder?
Like that: "../my_mod/data/fmv/intros/my_video.wmv"

Yes. I tried many ways. Like:
shitwars/data/fmv/balticintro.wmv
data/fmv/balticintro.wmv
fmv/balticintro.wmv
