It is entirely up to you.

You could say "I vote for Submissions X & Y because i think they were well-written etc." As long as you don't say something like "Vote for Submissions A and I'll give you rep" or "Vote for Submissions B otherwise you are a loser" etc. you should be fine.

Just follow the rules.
