If you have Operation Anchorage all you have to do is the finish the DLC (couple of hours long) and you automatically get the training perk. You also get two of the best armors in the game (one of which is a power armor that never seems to get damaged), and you can finish it really early on (levels 3-5).

Fallout 3's DLC all seemed like a complete waste of time to me. I haven't even done the zeta one yet based on the Experiences from the other DLC. Broken steel pretty added just more things to shoot and power armor every where, Anchorage was a complete waste of time save for the gear, and Point Lookout's story got dry and boring several hours in.

Let's hope Zeta, isn't the same, though I doubt it.

I found them somewhat dry but that's because I had played the main game so much that they felt more of the same.

I had the GOTY but after playing the main game I felt i needed to move on to another game. So I only actually finished Operation Anchorage and Broken Steel. Honestly i liked both i thought Liberty Prime walking around was heaps epic! But as everyone said the game was just too easy. I mean Fawkes was pretty much indestructible. With him as my sidekick I just wiped out everything. I think that's why i got bored and never finished the rest of the DLCs.

There are also Skill books literally everywhere. New Vegas had it right with making Skill Books more rare with Skill boost books being more common.

Its actually possible to max out every single skill in 3 and it ends up breaking your game because you can't put anymore skill points into the skills so you're stuck on the level up screen.
