Georgia CTD

I get a CTD every time I try to recruit an agent as Georgia. I have removed all other mods and re-patched the game, but I still get the CTD. I am running a Steam copy of MTW2 Gold and am eager to play as Georgia. The issue is specific to Georgia as I never experienced a crash when I played as the Crusader states. The CTD has come on the first turn when I try to recruit an agent.

And where would I find said file?

Also as it turns out I think that BC 2.3.2 either hates Georgia or just hates the town that I was trying to do stuff in, as my Crusader campaign crashed on a Georgia turn later on..... And when I tried to build roads in said Georgian town (as Georgia) it crashed... So I might just revert to 2.02 as it seems to be more stable (I hope?)....

Well here are my log files... Please help me get this resolved guys, because I cannot play 2.02 because it isn't mod foldered (WHYYYYYYYYY) and I use a steam copy of MTW2 Gold, so I need things mod foldered....
