    Default Unpacking Kingdoms complications

    I have recently started editing basic things for Medieval II: unit stats, etc. I unpacked everything fine and most of the changes i have made work fine. However, now i want to edit specific kingdoms campaigns and i am having trouble unpacking them. I have Medieval II gold and i think i have the 1.5 patch, but in tools/ unpacker i only have list_contents, readme, unpack_all, unpacker. I dont have unpack_Britannia, etc.
    I looked for help on here and followed some instructions telling me to make a txt file in tools/unpacker with a single line inside it - for example unpack_britannia.bat with the britannia specific line in it. Then it said to activate it by typing y 3 times.
    Obviously this is what you do with unpack_all and it asks you 3 y/n questions. But here all i have is a txt file with some info in it - im almost certain i could type Y anywhere i wanted in the file as many times as i wanted and nothing would happen.
    Can someone please tell me what im missing here and how to fix my problem? It's just making no sense to me.

    I read that and i clicked the link at the bottom to download the missing files but what do i do after i click it? I'm terrible at this sorry but please walk me through how i get from clicking the link to getting the unpacking files for the kingdoms campaigns.

    7zip is free and will unpack it for you.
    Inside are the four you are looking for.

    I got 7zip and unpacked it but when i attempted to run it for Britannia it just flashed up for a second before closing. Same thing happened for Americas. (I only have Britannia and Americas campaigns)

    Oh sorry i copied/pasted it into tools/unpacker and it worked. Thanks so much i would have been stuck on that forever

    I unpacked Britannia and edited some units then started the campaign and everything worked until i tried to fight a battle and the game crashed, saying unspecified error. I thought it was something i had edited until i tested it on Americas too - after unpacking i cant do custom battles or battles in the campaign without it crashing. Know why that would happen?

    I wonder if it's tied to needing to unpack the main game and delete the two geography files.

    Thanks i thought that was only for the original game i should have thought of it.

    I still do. Maybe something to do with the UAC?
