"Elegant" is not an objective way to describe something. Brighter, bigger, with more red, etc. is.

VERY nice job on the helmet, did you do that?

That lion is a symbol of their nation. Just like the two-headed eagle is the symbol of imperial Russia.

It's either me, either Santa's elves. Pick the most likely.

It's actually the lion from the "bell_shako_2" reworked. I'm starting to know how to use gimp efficiently.

Well congrats, your definitely getting better at 2D.

And yeah, gimp just requires a lot of practice to get good at it, because there isn't a million different tools like in photoshop.

Nice to see some red coats outside the British Army (sort of red anyway)

Just wondering if your using Latvian for the language of their units, nation name, etc.?

No, I'm using German. German and Latvian where both used in the Duchy of Courland and Semigallia.

And since we don't have voices in Latvian, but voices in German, I think it's better to use German.

To do before Russia is finished
    - Add the saddlecloth
    - Make the Info card (icons done, but not info card, I need the saddlecloth for that)
    - Make preset army for the 3 periods for custom battles
    - Update the voices definition to take into account the additional cossacks, and Courland / Cossack emergent.
    - Correct some meshes with ugly clipping issues.

Very nice flag good job L'Aigle.

That reminds me. Will MoE be adopting a larger flag mesh (I know the file isn't a mesh, but anyway)?

Probably not. The size of flags varies a lot from a faction to another. Having larger flag would for instance be unhistoricla for France.

    Dear Steph ,

First of all, .......your mod is really amazing ! everything has a clear fine look , the icons , the details ...... wonderful!

For the moment i switch between your mod and LME , and i was wondering if u could help me out with the saddlecloths modding? ....in LME , i noticed that the generals saddleclothes are still the vanilla ones......i would like to change them as in your mod , would it be possible ? I have no clue for the moment but i am willing to learn !

Many thanks for your modding of Napaoleon TW !

You need to edit the Unit_stats_land table, there is a "mount" column( quoting from memory, so it may be a little different).

That's there that you decide what mount is associated with each unit. LME probably set it for the regular cavalry, but not the general.

Maybe you should make a suggestion or ask in LME forum.

@ maks - If your completely new to modding, then I wouldn't suggest adding/changing saddle cloths. Mainly because it would probably seem a bit intimidating and complex to a completely new modder. Learn with basic modifications first off
