Starting Campaign Error

I keep getting an error when selecting Grand Campaign.
When ever I select it, it says "Please select an item from the list"
Any idea on how to fix this?



I'm running this through Stream, as well as the steam mod manager, and on Windows 7

Heh, re-installed through GameFront files and now it works.
