Thorton had his best game of the season even before it went to OT plus Cousins decided to play like an all star.

Edit: The scuffle with the Pacers including Hib and Lee mostly cost GS big time with Lee and Hib getting a game each, Warriors go in to MSG and waste a career high(?) with Curry going for 54 in a loss.(11 Three's)

Also ended up hurting Indy because they needed Hibbert against the Clip Joint who the lost to at home.

Bill Simmons correctly pointed out that the Kings are like the "pickup basketball team from hell" in the pre season, great talent, but nearly non-existent team composition, they essentially have a full team where everyone is either a score first small PG or a score first PF.

Still, they can put on a show against bad teams, but stand no chance against any half competent once. it's a god awful waste of talent.

The Rockets just destroyed the Mavricks tonight, which also kinda destroyed the Mav's last chances of sneaking in, Houston is now tied for the 7th seed and just .5 back for the 6th.

That is flat out ridiculous. They had trouble beating a team without its superstar, without its sixth man, and without 2 other role players, one being Taj Gibson. And when Radmonovic scores on your team, you need to not mention the game in an attempt to gloss over that fact. Not come out guns blazing.

This is the reason people dislike the Pacers. The players dont act any smarter. Celebrating like it was a finals game.

Always excuses with Bulls fans. Our leading scorer has been out most of the year too, just because Pauly G stepped up and no one on the Bulls can doesnt discount the loss of Granger. This is our time, our division, our year.

Bulls vs Pacers is really ugly in the sense that both team can defend both neither can score. (of course, the Ross less bulls even worse off.) so the score often look like a mediocre college game.

bah, nice to see the NBA doing it's best to make sure the Lakers make the playoffs.

The Rockets lost by 4, and had 5 points taken away from them during the game VIA review, that's rich.

Also that Dirk not getting a double technical when he (for the second strait game against the same team) obviously intentionally shoved down someone in frustration. he's been getting away with that for awhile now, there was even that one crazy incident where he clearly shoved Westbrook and.... Westbrook gets the technical.

Still, spliting 2 against Dallas isn't that bad (given that Dallas have owned Houston forever.)

Also, Howard just called all his former Orlando teamates scrubs, that's going to go down realllll well.

    many interesting developements today...

    A. Lakers lost, and worst Kobe appears hurt, though I figure even if he gets his leg amputated he probably still go out there and play tomorrow.

    B. Utah gets completely destroyed by OKC, especially in the first half when they scored less than 30 for the ENTIRE half.

    C. Knicks continue to implode.

    D. Houston completely torched Phoenix and then some.

    E. Clippers lost to Memphis and now they suddenly look vulnerable, they're just 1.5 up on Denver now, and really no one wants to play Denver without home court advantage.

    F. Also, Bulls got totally destroyed by ... the Kings??!?!?, without Cousins too.

Rolling Wave, the Celtics got decimated by the Bobcats a few days ago, you can't call a Bulls blowout too shocking this late in the season, we just had an off day and EVERY team has those

My team is at the bottom of the Western Conference. Hopefully it means we get a good pick in the Draft.

There's three teams at the bottom of the East plus 4 in the West 'capable' of finishing last, it's gonna be a battle of who can tank the hardest

East is all smashed up so Miami's gonna have their way. West is always fluctuating and even though i'm a Lakers fan just beat the heat!

Leave it to the modder to perfect the works of the paid developers for no profit at all.

The Jazz and Houston both lost their most recent game in bad fashion, with the Rockets getting annihilated at home against Golden State (granted, they beaten them the first 3 meeting) while the Jazz lost to a team that...

    1. was without Melo / Tyson / Amare
    2. played a lot of minutes of a 40 year old Kurt Thomas who immediately after the game was send to the DL for 2 weeks+ (he was already hurt before this game.)
    3. Started a lineup of Felton / Shumpert / Martin (yes Kenyon Martin) / Coopland / Pigrioni

And they lost by like 20.... and Kurt Thomas, 40 years old with 1110 game under his belt, hit his 9th 3 pointer of his career.

So tomorrow the Rockets play the Jazz in Houston, one of them has to stop sucking... right?

Is it just me or do the Heat Camp adverts supposed to show Chris Anderson as a jerk to kids and racist?

Heat is kinda just trolling the NBA aren't they, keep looking like they miiiight lose the win streak then easily come back / hit game winners.

Utah is in big big trouble losing the the Knicks at home and Rockets on the road. they need to win like 60%+ of their games left to stand a chance in the playoff.
