Source materials varies from faction to faction, and I've sifted through a huge pile of resources. Most materials come fron digitalgallery.nypl.org, PoE's www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=384319 or the numerous uniform plates from other TWC threads which I then made from scratch.

I don't know where to start...
Modding takes time, risks and a never-give-up attitude. It's all trial and error which may not produce good results after a frustrating 5-hours attempt.
So... keep your modding project small, manageable and above all, keep going - hope this helps.
