BI 0 turn recruiting mod

Hi! I liked SPQR so much that I ended up not playing BI even though bought it! Now I want to try it out again, but I want lt1956's 0 turn recruiting thingy. I could swear that I saw it when BI first came out, but I don't know where to find it now. If someone could give me the web page, I would greatly appreciate it.

HUH??? you think the 0 turn recruitment is a mod??? all you have to do is go into the export_descr_unit.txt and change all the recruitment times to 0....

the line i bolded is the one you need to edit... change the stat_cost 1 to stat_cost 0
