Has anyone tried the Historical battles in RTW?

I have used the mod of Ninjacool with many modifications to be adapted for DarthMod...has anybody played some?
How do you find them?
Are they challenging?
Which is your favourite?

I played Cannae on Hard and got beaten, very good battle

Hi Darth! I played Telemon historical battle as Gauls vs Romans (right now on a Gaulish campaign you see :original: ) and got my ass handed to me 3 times in a row - truly awesome AI, got sandwiched by roman manipulars all the way :tooth: Nevermind, I'll try to beat those pesky romans again by planning more carefully :hmmm:
Btw, I've just found that historical battle rocks (used to not play them at all earlier)

What it is changed is the AI...it is obvious...I wanted you all to see that...You see the CA has produced a top class game engine...and somewhow the people responsible for the usage of it did awful mistakes...it is there..inside and it needed that little push.

I just hope I was able to work for MTW2 before we get the same vanilla thing.

I would but the last one I just played hade way too many troops. My computer couldnt handle it even with everything toned down.
