this is a suggestion for Darth if he is ever going to do an update for Rome, in provincial campaigns would you be able to make it more clear as to what the campaigns are, i dont know the differences between europa 270, risk and risk UR, also what you show as territories held by the factions are not what you start out as so i gt confused sometimes

Everything is near perfect. I have never seen AI do better than this except DM Empire one (which is somehow even better). I actually lost some battle and I spent an hour just thinking how could someone have done this.

But, the Europa 270 BC map is of very poor quality, and it's coastline are horrible. I couldn't bear playing more than 10 turns on it, and I quit it after seeing that those square coastal beaches are inside the battles too.

Perhaps a better map is needed? I know this is an old mod, but sometimes those who have played DM Shogun II must go back to DM Rome and play it because Rome II is far away. Maybe someone can make a better map?

And the provincial campaign names and their descriptions....

Great mod! only one HUGE PROBLEMMMMM - -- - - - the game dosn't recognize when an elephant dies!!!! any soldier that walks past a dead elephant starts fighting as though it were still there! and sometimes they even get killed by the invisible elephants!!!!!!!!! I wish that could be fixed, and that's it great mod man

Hi Darth,

Been years since i've played this game, decided to re-install to play abit with the new Rome 2 due, not for a while at least, and wanted to try out your mod, the first of many i aim to try out. I've played with mods in the past but those were just skins, new factions etc, nothing major, just copy, paste and play.

So far i think i've done everything right, put the game on, as well as BI, updated to 1.6, then put DM:8.0, then 8.1 final, put those in the right file from what i can tell, i then started up the game from the desktop, the initial screen popped up with a new loading pic, thought great but then stopped and went back to desktop, tried again but same thing keeps happening, didn't even get to the spinning activision logo, a few times the initial screen didn't even show up, just starts and then suddenly cuts off, no error box no nothing, can anyone tell if i've done something wrong?

Can you please make us a newer mod for RTW. I like what you did with shogun but I love Rome. PLEASE Darkness O_O
