Coys! - a Football Manager AAR

Football Manager 2012 | Tottenham Hotspurs | LFCMarshall's Summer Update

So this is something I have been thinking about for quite some time. A Football Manager is something rarely seen around these forums, actually I've never seen one. But to my point, do you guys think I can pull this off? I'd start with the club Tottenham Hotspurs in 2011, when FM12 starts. There are 38 Premier League matches, as well as cups etc, which means a lot of matches (would be kinda like battles in other AARs) so i won't have to struggle with little to write. For drama I can have my character do all sorts of things, fight with the players, have a social life etc. But the question is, do you guys think I could pull this off? And more importanly, would you read it? I have gotten positive feedback for my tale (see sig) which would have to be finished before starting this. But I basically write for views and feedback (and rep... ) so viewership is important.

    Thoughts?

Interesting idea, completely the wrong team though - I'd need to cheer you to lose and be relegated

I'll follow your AAR if you do it and i reckon you can pull it off there should be plenty of things to talk about especially when a player demands a improved contract

This would certainly be a one of a kind enterprise here. If you decide to do it, I strongly suggest to make space for some explanation on how the game works for people unfamiliar with the whole thing.

Thanks for all the support guys, I'll answer you all individually later .

I might not go with Spurs though, I'd be too biased. I have been thinking Zenit St. Petersburg, which would make for interesting gameplay and the grand chance of getting the Champions League .

Russian oligarchs, absurd transfer negotiations, and shady dealings!

"Okay we will sell the two players for £40 million pounds."

"No no we'd much prefer paying you £80 million instead. We insist!"

not THAT bad a deal to get Hulk and Witsel for that fee... but whatever you say . I'd have a ton of money, and if I'd not have enough action, there's always the maf.

Somehow I guess the game just isn't that generous. I've had one of the FIFA games on PS3 (11 I think) but I hated it, I could never get the controls figured out.
