GoR has gone through and edited the CAT one but if you feel there is something to add please let us know. Although I think we are decided on the Curator thing.

The Curia Action Team (CAT)

Please note this proposal is in-line with the Reviews Forum proposal.

Proposal: A team of Citizens are set up to run CVRIA community ventures.

Supporters:

A team of citizens who work alongside site staff in a LM capacity when moderating CVRIA introduced ideas for the community. They are elected and serve there for 6 months. Elections follow the procedure found in Article II Section II.

Citizens are removed from the CAT upon:

• Regular completion of a 6 month term
• Resignation
• Dismissal by Administrator for any infraction.
• For prolonged unexplained inactivity or insufficient attention to duty, as decided by a simple majority vote by the CAT.
• Expansion of CAT according to a new Decision

Any Citizen can apply for the a place in the team.

The team is headed by a "Tom Cat" who is elected in private by the current CAT and also serves for six months. The Tom Cat is responsible for the day to day tasks of the CAT. The Tom Cat will liase with site moderators when needed and may appoint assistants or managers of specific activities. The CAT will have access to a private forum in the CVRIA, only viewable by themselves and the Curator/Site Admins. This forum will be called the "Domum Feles" and will be a place for the team to discuss ideas and management etc.

The Curator is the "head" of the CAT and may also view their forum. The Curator can decide on all internal matters but it is expected that the Curator would consult with the CAT before any decisions affecting the branch are made.

Whenever a proposal is introduced that requires action by the CAT, an election is held to determine which citizens will have responsibility for that proposal.

Site Administrators have agreed to implement this group.

We propose that a new sub-forum is created in the Games, Activities and Chat main titled "Product Reviews". As the name suggests this forum would be a place for TWC members to post reviews and share their thoughts on a particular product.

Please note this proposal is in-line with the Curia Action Team proposal.

Purpose: The purpose of the Product Reviews forum is to allow full members to post reviews and thoughts about products they own as to hopefully raise awareness, offer advice, point out flaws etc. for other members who are thinking of buying said product

Reviews are to be written to a higher degree of standard then normally posts and they must be done professionally as to provide an honest, yet accurate review of a certain product. To help enforce this, a detailed rules thread will be provided with posting guidelines, behavioural standards etc.

Below is the rules thread that will be stickied in the forum:

The "Product Reviews" forum is a place for members to write their own personal reviews on products they own. It may be a new Smartphone they have bought or something like a pair of running shoes - that is the beauty, all sorts of products can be reviewed here! We expect the reviews to be of a high-quality and written professionally, we want a review that tells us about the product its self, not past grievances you have had with a company.

This is why there will be a specific guideline that we require you to follow when posting a review, and whether or not your review meets these guidelines is up to interpretation of the moderators - so please stick to it and don't give us any reason to close your thread.

The Guideline:

Thread title:

• Product name - The name of the product e.g. Fredo

Post:

• Name - Product name e.g. Fredo
• Company - who makes it e.g. Cadbury
• Price - how much it costs e.g. £0.20
• Intro - how you came about it etc. e.g. I first came across this product when a friend offered me one. I really enjoyed it and had to go out and buy another one.
• Pros - what is good about this product e.g. It is a great small sized snack for those wanting a little chocolate; It is tasty
• Cons - what isn't good about this product e.g. There is not enough; It is quite expensive for what you are getting
• How it has helped you/what it has done etc. (if applicable) e.g. It has allowed me to eat chocolate without feeling as guilty
• Conclusion - would you buy again etc. e.g. I would buy this product again because although it is expensive for what you are getting it is a great one of "treat" to have when that crave of some chocolate arrives

Please note that this is a simple example and the more detailed and balanced your review is the better, and base it off personal experience not speculation. We recommend you also include pictures to make descriptions clearer etc. Also a poll is required with 5 options, 1-5, for rating the product. These polls must be public and not multiple choice.

Advertising or promotion of any kind is not allowed and such threads will be deleted, with infractions being given if you continue to post in such a fashion or if the offence is severe enough; again this is according to moderator discretion so if any doubt please contact a moderator or site administrator first.

As long as your review fits this specification you should be fine. We hope you enjoy what there is to offer.

There will also be a stickied "Index of Reviews" thread where all the complete reviews will be recorded, with the authors name and a link to the thread. Maintained by the Curia Action Team

Note: Advertising will be strictly prohibited and members who continue to do so will be dealt with accordingly in regards with the Terms of Service. Members are responsible for their own posts, and TWC holds the right to deal with such posts in accordance with the Terms of Service.

This forum will be strictly moderated in its content to assure that the guidelines and rules are imposed. This means there will be zero tolerance towards violations against the Terms of Service and the interpretation of the Terms of Service is at the discretion of the moderators.

Upon the creation of this forum four citizens will be elected into the "Curia Action Team" group, and be given Local Moderator rights in the forum who have an interest in keeping the forum alive and healthy. This group will also be used for future Curia community projects and a Site Administrator has agreed to implement this group. Site Moderators will also be present in the forum, but are reserved for tasks outside that of the Local Moderator's functions, such as dealing with members who break the terms of Service.

Moderation standard: Moderators will enforce the strict rules and regulation of the Terms of Service in moderation of the forum as outlined in the Terms of Service and will promote mature and constructive posts:
