Oi, lets not get too hasty, enjoy Rome II cause that'll be out before I change factions. More soon to come.

50% I would give as a guesstimation, map is done just needs to have everything put on it. No 2d art but that's no biggie and Sassanian Roster has been put on hold because of Naddum's disappearance. But no worries this mod will never die so just wait please, it is a virtue and will make playing End of Antiquity all the more sweeter.

Just out of interest, will there be a rebel/usurper Roman faction in this mod?

wow i admit i'm stunned by the total awesomeness of the romans in this mod. I'm speechless. As Emperor Heraclius is one of my most fav Roman emperors i always wanted a mod based on his era. This is truely amazing to me. I tried to rep but "You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to Caudillo87 again" Looking foreward for this MASTERPIECE

No offense to other modders but the Romans here are BY FAR the most amazing, realistic & stunningly detailed i ever seen. I love detail & i look for details everywhere, here the detail is jawdropping. Seriously. Those crested helmets, the shield designs, the golden necklace with gems, the colored spears, colored pteruges (leather straps), angels or saint figures on helms, splendid armor, all that stuff is just... WOW.

Different era (4th century AD not 7th).
There were sojme very important differences in the appearance of the Sassanian army.

Just stumbled upon this magnificent looking project, looks stunning. I did notice a lack of Greek on the banners and Roman names though Latin was being officially replaced by Heraklios and as I am sure you are aware Greek was lingua franca in the east.
